Because our products are made by human hands using traditional methods (including manual spinning, hand-knitting, and natural plant harvesting), every single piece is unique. Slight variations in:

• Color shading (especially in clay products and plant-extracted items).
• Weft pattern, weave tension, and thickness (in jute bags and cotton planter covers).
• Minor structural asymmetries and natural cosmetic textures.

These variations are typical characteristics of authentic, artisan craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects. By placing an inquiry or making a purchase, you acknowledge and celebrate these organic variations.

3. Product Inquiries & Custom Ordering

Evacotta is designed as an editorial portfolio and brand space. We do not support automated checkout options. To purchase or inquire about custom gifting orders, wholesale packaging, and boutique curation:

• You must submit an inquiry via the WhatsApp link or Contact Email provided on the site.
• Prices displayed on the site are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are indicative catalog pricing. Prices do not include delivery fees, custom customization costs, or regional shipping charges.
• All product bookings are finalised via individual communications. We reserve the right to decline inquiries for custom batches if materials are unavailable.
